Charlie, Gary and the team at Wightman cars were great. We brought our new car from them, it came fresh with an MOT and was ready for collection in a few days.

Due to it being an EV car, the normal warranty wouldn’t cover the degradation of the battery, Charlie got this covered for a a for an extra 36 months for peace of mind. His words was we just want our customers to be happy and if we can do that then we will. Can’t fault the service from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing service from the very knowledgeable and friendly team of salesmen, Charlie went out of his way to reply to my messages over the new year period about the car I was interested in looking at, my wife and father visited the dealership to view the car on Thursday 2nd January 2020 and were given a test drive and were given the full run down on the car’s history and what had been done to it, they paid a deposit to hold the car until today when we purchased the vehicle.
Amazing service from the guys there, car was cleaned and looked pristine and we are so very happy with our new car.

We ourselves travelled 60 miles each way to Ramsgate and would happily double that for this kind of service /experience. He restored our faith in Car Dealers. Cannot praise him enough.
